The name of this small village comes from Poltu Cuatu, hidden harbour. In fact, because of its position, this area was used by smugglers and pirates as a hideout.
Located in strategic position for who loves the splendid beaches of the Coast and at the same time it does not scorn to get confused with the VIP life in the long smeared green nights.
